By signing up for Location Sales pre-launch program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign up.

2. Pre-Launch Program

This is a pre-launch signup program. By participating, you understand that:

• The full service is not yet available
• Features and offerings may change before official launch
• Early signup rewards are subject to the terms outlined below

3. Signup Rewards

By signing up during the pre-launch period, you will receive:

• One (1) reward stamp credited to your account upon email verification
• This reward stamp can be redeemed once the full service launches
• Reward stamps are non-transferable and have no cash value
• We reserve the right to modify the rewards program terms before official launch

4. Account Creation and Verification

To participate in the pre-launch program:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must verify your email address
• One account per email address is permitted
• Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be deleted without notice

5. Business Accounts

If you are signing up as a business:

• You confirm you have authority to represent the business
• All information provided must be accurate and current
• You agree to keep your contact information up to date

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to gain additional rewards
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use automated systems or bots to sign up
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the rewards system
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Communications

By signing up, you agree to receive:

• Verification emails (required)
• Important service updates and launch notifications
• Marketing communications (only if you opt in)

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Location Sales, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Location Sales and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
